Exec Office

You've never cracked new business sales. So stop trying.

The bit nobody says

Most owner-managed service firms are excellent at doing the day job, running the business, but have never built a repeatable way of winning new business. You've probably just fired yet another salesperson, so what do you do next?

What you've got to do is stop hiring and firing salespeople. There has to be a better way, and that's my AI Growth engine.

The AI Growth engine

What I want to do is top and tail you. Meetings booked in front by AI sales agents, proposals written behind by AI proposal writers. You do the bit in the middle: in front of a prospect, over a cup of tea, which is where the magic happens.

At the front, it reads the filed accounts of every company in your patch, works out which ones look like they need what you sell, finds the person who actually decides, and approaches them by email and on LinkedIn until one of them says yes to a conversation.

At the back, it writes the proposal once the meeting has happened.

I'm not saying you're the most polished. You probably haven't got the gift of the gab or the sharpest suit - but you ooze credibility. So what you'll have is the dream team of you and an AI sales team driving the growth of the business.

That doesn't mean nobody in your business does sales any more. You might simply need a very good sales admin, or you might reduce your sales force to supporting this new way of selling.

New business growth is where I start because it's usually what hurts the most. But it's not the whole of Exec Office. Exec Office also does customer success management, cashflow management, financial reporting, email inbox management and copywriting. I run my own business on it, which is how I know.

It runs on Claude Code, Supabase, and the Companies House API. What it runs on →

Full disclosure

I've spent the last 30 years building, growing and managing multi-million pound businesses. I've spent 100% of 2026 learning to use AI, Claude, skills and agents to digitise all of that experience, the successes and equally importantly the failures.

I've got no customers and I cannot prove my AI models work. So I'm going to use the next 90 days as a proof of concept, with my own new business as the guinea pig. Every week I'll report the successes, the failures, and what I've learnt. Come the end of it I'll have a fully proven and stress tested version 1, or I'll have found out that it doesn't work, in public.

Founders who sign up to follow along get 100% of what I build, free of charge. I'll send you everything at the end of the 90 day POC.

Your email, and nothing else. One message at the end of the 90 days. No newsletter, no sharing it with anyone.

I'm doing it on my own business first

From 5 October 2026 I'm running 90 days of new business work in public and publishing what happens every week, including the weeks it doesn't work.

There's nothing to buy here. No waiting list, no call to book. I hope you'll come on the 90 day journey with me, and you might learn something along the way useful for your business along the way.
